David Grider

Founder of Fit For Christ

Kristie Abbott-Walker

I am NCCPT Nationally Certified and some of my additional certificates are in Weight Management, Nutrition, TRX Suspension Training, and Agility Training.  I am passionate about the Lord and I am passionate about what I do.  Showing people how to get and stay fit and healthy brings me much joy.    Your body is the Temple of God and I will show you how you can begin to take care of that temple and become an energetic, healthy, and effective witness for Christ.

Theresa Andreoli

I have worked within the fitness field for over 25 years. My experience ranges from directing a motor development program for children to providing training to adults through their fitness journeys. Spending time researching about health motivates me to help others. My personal health and fitness experiences inspired me to complete the certification to be a personal trainer. Being involved with Fit For Christ has enabled me to share knowledge about healthy living and to grow spiritually. I believe the bible encourages us to take care of our whole being.

I've worked in the medical field for almost 20 years, 17 of those years have been dedicated to Cardiology. I've seen the health conditions that people develop due to being overweight. I know this from personal experience. I love helping people! And seeing people succeed. I've struggled with my own weight loss. I believe that the Lord has placed me with FFC to help people!

David Earl

As an overweight and out of shape adolescent, I suffered various mental and physical trials in my adolescent, young adult and adult life, culminating in a clinical diagnoses for anxiety and depression. My fitness journey began in October of 2004 and over the years included emphasis on spin cycle classes, boxing, Muay Thai and indoor rock climbing before finding my true passion of body building in 2015. My focus as a trainer is the correlation between spiritual, mental and physical health. I believe it’s the job of a personal trainer to motivate and encourage their clients to reach new peaks in all areas of their lives, as well as to equip their clients with the knowledge and skills to reach a comfort level that they no longer feel that they “need” their personal trainer. My desire to see people’s lives changed led me to obtain my AMFPT certification in July of 2017.

Tamara Earl

In July of 2015, I was feeling alone and lost all motivation to “do” something. I began to pray for the Lord to help me be motivated to make a positive change in my fitness. I was directed to a local gym that was hosting a lifestyle challenge. Over a course of 9 weeks, I dug deep into the Word and did everything the trainers asked me to do to better my health. At the end of the challenge, I not only lost 30 lbs & 6 inches off my waist, but I achieved a renewed body, mind, and spirit. Being apart of Fit For Christ gives me the opportunity to share my experience and inspire others through their own lifestyle journey.
